Profession in Allied Health Services is a key component of health care delivery system. It works with care, competence, compassion, excellence and respect. Last decade, the world has witnessed an increase in the number of diseases and outbreaks among the population and that has raised the requirement of specialized clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres to reach out to the population and provide quality healthcare. Manipur being predominantly inhabited by person belonging to below poverty line where most cannot afford to send their wards outside the state for pursuing the courses. So, today’s healthcare system demands highly qualified, professionally trained and skilled Allied Health professionals to ensure sound results in the treatment of patients. In addition, there must be enough number of staff available in the health care settings in order to meet the minimum standards of care. In this regard, PC Allied Health Institute added a new stepping stone by establishing to introduce specialized Diploma and Degree Course Programs.
